Here’s n’Albert’s recipe! We have a radish cream and steamed cod served with marinated tomatoes, both combined with our ARTÀsana rye cookies. Discover how we combine them!
Ingredients for 4 people:
• 1 packet of ARTÀsanes Rye Biscuits
• 1 teaspoon of dried dill
• 1 teaspoon of dried minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon of dried minced onion
• 1 teaspoon of allspice
• 1 garlic clove
• 130 g of onion
• 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 900 g of radishes with skin
• 700 g of chicken and vegetable broth
• 1 piece of homemade concentrated broth
• Oil, salt, and pepper to taste
• 3 tomatoes
